Plz help, distribution list is gone - have searched everything...

Dear friends,

I sent out an email to a distribution list this morning and when I went back
to delete one entry, the entire distribution list was gone!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do have the BCC list of all the entries that received the email, but how
do I import them as a new distribution list? Or what can I do to find the
lost one?

I have no clue where it is....I looked in the deleted files and it isn't
there. Of course my backup is three days old and that is too old.

PLEASE ADVISE!!!!!!
