How do i uninstall a plugin to internet exployer 6 that
another company automatically installs when you hit their
website? There is not an uninstall that comes with it.
Please help more and more sites are doing this.

Hi,

To delete a plug in, you may try the following:

Open Internet Explorer.
Click on Tools, Internet Options.
Under the 'Temporary Internet Files' Box, click on Settings.
In the window that opens, click on the button titled, "View objects".
Another window will open listing all the installed plugins.

To delete a plugin, right-click on it, and select 'remove'.

Most legitimate plug-ins will be successfully uninstalled in this fashion.

Regards,

Altrus

.
you might have to go to their website and install the
program directly and then uninstall using add/remove. i
had to do this to get rid of an ISEARCH plugin that
attached itself to ie6
