Pls help me w/ automatic window resize

I've noticed that if I open a second IE6 window and resize
it so that I can view two windows at once, the browser
remembers the resize and from then on will open any second
window in that size. How do I get this to stop. I'm sure
the software "thinks" it's doing me a favor, but I find it
annoying.
 
Usually IE makes persistent the attributes of the window closed last.
Open a third window with your preferred attributes and close it last.
