PLS HELP !! an Old issue about OLK 2000 & 2003

Outlook cannot open the email save out from Outlook 2003

error " Unable to read the item"
 
OL2k cannot read a data file created in OL2003 unless the data file was created using the earlier version format.

You have to save it in non-Unicode format. If these are MSG files you're
describing, in Outlook 2003 click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options and
uncheck the box labeled "Use Unicode Message Format when saving messages".
