Hi,
I would like to set up a Room Grid in Excel based on a worksheet
(named data) containing the following data for example:
Room No Name Arrival
Departure
102 Smith Mr & Mrs 2-5-2004 9-5-2004
103 Jones Mr & Mrs 5-5-2004 12-5-2004
102 Peters Mr & Mrs 11-5-2004 13-5-2004
e.t.c.
and on the other a predefined worksheet (named Grid) which has cells already
named across with the dates and column wise with the rooms.
What I want to do is On Open of the Excel worksheet to enable a Macro which
will plot on each cell taking data from the data worksheet the period of
stay coloring in each particular cell as occupied room the range of stay.
