I'm making a menu for a friend of mine who is opening a deli in another
state. It looks great on my PC. Everything spaced just perfect in 3 columns
across 2 pages for a total of 6 panels making it a trifold front and back
when it gets printed.

Problem: I used returns to get breakfast on one panel and sandwiches on the
next and salads on the next. When he recieves it, the top part of sandwiches
is on the bottom of breakfast and the top half of salads is on the bottom
half of the sandwich panel.

Is this a font problem (using Lucida bright) or OS or difference Word version?

Thanks.

It is probably because he has a different printer selected or different
printer definition. If you are using the column feature as opposed to tables
(which is sounds like you are), insert a column break where you need it to
jump to the top of the next column (Insert menu, Break).

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm. Don't use empty
paragraphs as a substitute for column breaks (Ctrl+Shift+Enter).
