Please would you let me know how to stop such qmail?

Im really nervous from qmail.
My outlooks mail was full if I din't call it and erase such a filthy mail
every time.
Even though I receive some person to solve this problem,
I couldn't understand how do I treat to defeat this unsound qmail.

That mail might have some file sent to anonymous. And returned to my address
as like saying that
"I'm sorry to have to inform you that the message returned below could not
be
delieverd to one or more distinations.........Undeliverable mail to
(e-mail address removed) "

I have never send such mail.
Although I was insane angry from that, I couldn't stop that mail.

This kind of email comes from the Swen.A worm, or something like it.
You cannot stop receiving them except by changing your email address.
Keep your computer up to date with the latest Critical Updates from
Microsoft, and keep your antivirus program up to date. Use a firewall.
