Please tell me how to make the paperclip guy move out of my way

I am working on my word document and the little yellow guy gets in one place
and I need to read there and I can't see through him. How Do I make him move?

In the MS Office install, thee's a checkbox for whether or not to install the
Office Assistant - which is what I think you're seeing.

Those things *really* irritate me - to the extent that in earlier versions of MS
Office I got more satisfaction from renaming the "Assistants" folder to
"Assistants_DEAD".
