Please suggest a training CD for Front Page

I have upgraded to win XP Home + SP2 and Office XP....I have designed and
been running a web page for about a year now using power point, but now I
wish to learn how to use Front Page...I have tride and tried to use front
page but really have not had much success with it...am I missing somthing? or
is there somthing you all know that I dont....please let me in on it.....how
can I learn....is there a CD for dimmies like me? or would I be best off with
somthing else?
 
Nothing could be simpler. F1, create web. Or a book called FrontPage
inside out (?).
