I do most of my communication at work via email. Does any one know how you
can get rid of the auto formatting? Every time I paste something in to an
email, the line spacing doubles. Then I put it right again, then, as soon as
I hit return, the bloody thing spaces out again - as if I have the time.......

Hi - When you post in here, always include your version, SP level, and mode
(if applicable) of Outlook - you can find this information in Help | About.
Also include the type of mail account(s) you use and any other pertinent
details. Be sure to put a consise summary of your question in the subject
line, and the full details in the body of your post.

That said - are you using Word as email editor? What mail format are you
using for all new messages?

Hi - thanks for that. I am using outlook 2003, I always use html for messages
as i need quite a lot of formatting. I don't know what an SP level is, sorry.
I create art on these infernal machines, so don't know any technical jargon
(unless its Illustrator or photoshop!) I don't think I am using word as an
email editor?

Well, I don't know squat about those, so see, we both win. ;-)
