Except for subscription sites (where you have to pay to even get in),
ALL that software is free to *download* (since you've already paid for
the resources to download the file whether you use those resources or
not). That's why "free download" is a ploy because they are all free
to download. That doesn't mean they are free to use and to do so
indefinitely under all circumstances.
