You can right-click the names in the block/allow list and choose Delete, however, the Delete
option will only be available if they have removed them off their main contact list.
Otherwise, the option will be grayed out, and you won't be able to remove them.

Until the other person blocks/deletes your name from their computer
your delete facility will be greyed out. As soon as this person
removes you from their contact list then you will be able to right
click on their name and delete it.
