Please Help!!

Hi i have a cd burner and Dvd burner.......im not sure what ive done but
since i last restarted i get a msg every time i try to double click on the
Dvd rom drive the msg is E:| is not accessible Incorrect Function. Ok

Please help me with how i can fix this
