Please Help me!! I've been waiting for an answer over 3 days now. I am
going to copy and paste the same question since it has not been answered.

Hi Bill. I'm not sure if you've received my most current question or not but
here goes the question again. I got my form and report with parameters to
work. I have the database on the S drive (share drive) where multiple ppl
have access to. So I copied the front end of the database and pasted on my
administrative assistant's desktop and linked her copied front end to the
back end of the database in the S drive. When she clicks on the button of
the switchboard, which the parameter form should pop up, but the 4 parameter
dialogs pop up instead. Once she puts in the entry, the report generates
accordingly. How come the form opens properly on the S drive, but when open
a copied front end, it doesn't work. I hope this makes sense. Please help
me. Thanks in advance...

Apparently something is supposed to open a form that provides criteria for a
report. Can you provide the something that is supposed to open the form?

Hi! What I'm saying is that I have created form, report, and query with
parameters. Which everything is working, meaning that when I click on the
button called Report Services Form on the switchboard, the dialog form, which
I've created pops up accordingly. Our datbase is on the S drive (share drive)
where other Users have access to. So anyways, I copied the front end of the
database from the SDrive on my Administrative Assistant's desktop and linked
the front end to the back end of the database from the S drive. When I open
my database.. everything from tables, forms, reports, macros, and modules are
there. Now, when the Report Services Form Button on the switchboard is
clicked, the created dialog form doesn't pop up, instead the a dialog form
for each parmeter pops up (i.e. Start Date, End Date, and Counselor), so when
I enter these parameters individually, the report is generated accordinly.
However, I want the single form with parameters that I've created to pop up
instead, the dialog parameter are popping up individually. I don't
understand why it would work properly in the S drive, but when copied on
another person's desktop, it doesn't work... I hope this makes. Thanks for

So, the issue is that the form doesn't open prior to the report opening. What
have you done to trouble-shoot why the form doesn't open?

Usually, you keep replies in the original thread. You also should provide a
descriptive subject. "Please help!!" shows desparation but not much else.
