my windows mail is not operating properly. when i tried to send e mail it
ask me my e- mail server and pass word. i don't know neither of it. so please
say some thing.

Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) can give you those details, you can
look on their website or call them. The will probably not be able to
give you your original password but will create a new one for you that
you can change. Sorry but those details are specific to your account
with them so nobody here can really help.
 
Have you ever used email before? If so, what is the part of your
email address after the @ symbol?
