It's a trick people.
Outwar is one of the many sites where mentally deficient juveniles go to
play a "game", where the object is to trick as many people as possible to
going to their page. There have also been cases of "players" distributing
Trojans to infect users machines and force your browser to open their page
on every start of IE.
DO NOT go to any page in the outwar domain, and general rule, if some one
posts a link to a page and says "go here", don't.
