please help

I was sending a picture in a email. I went to the file and clicked on the
picture. Then i right clicked and it asked to send in email. My question is
did i send the picture to everyone in my email address book?
 
Assuming you right-clicked and chose Send To>Mail Recipient.

Your email application should pop open and you enter an address in the To:
dialog.

That's who will get the email.
