Please Help...

I just rebuilt my computer, using the same WD 120 GB hard drive and
previously before the rebuild I was using about 13 GB. Now since the
rebuild, I have installed much less software than I used to have on it and
my hard drive claims that I am using about 27 GB?!?! I have deleted all of
the temp files, run scandisk, system mechanic pro, and diskkeeper to no
avail. I know I have read about this problem before, but how can I fix
this? I did a complete reformat of my hard drive as such "format c:
/FS:/ntfs". Does anyone have any ideas on what is wrong, a large
unnecessary file that is making a home on my pc? I am most likely using
about only 10 GB at most, how could it possibly think I am using 27 GB?
Someone please help me reclaim my wasted and missing hard drive space.

Thanks....

Johnny
