please help!

i have created 3 passports in total..my ex husband has
hacked into 2 of them and changed my secret question and
password how do i recover these or close these accounts he
is trying to get information to use against me...is this
legal and if not how do i go about getting charges layed
against him for this..i have him on tape admiting
this...please help anyone
