Using XP Home
Problem- computer running slow. With no other program running, the hour glass will continiously show next to my cursor (like a program is about to open). I tried to restore to an eariler date however, no change. The only time the hour glass is not showing is when I'm on the internet. No hlep with cleaning disk or defraging either. Can anyone help?????
