PLEASE HELP WITH HOTFIX

PLEASE HELP

SYMPTOMS
If you start Microsoft Windows XP by using the /3GB
switch, you may receive a "Stop" error message that is
similar to one of the following:

Stop 0x50 PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
-or-



Stop 0x0A IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but
it is only intended to correct the problem that is
described in this article. Only apply it to systems that
are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may
receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not
severely affected by this problem, Microsoft recommends
that you wait for the next Windows XP service pack that
contains this hotfix.

To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft
Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix. For a
complete list of Microsoft Product Support Services phone
numbers and information about support costs, visit the
following Microsoft Web site:

using the knowledge base i was able to find out the
problem (above) but i dont know how to get the fix any
help?

They are not available for download, you must contact Microsoft for
the hotfix.
