please help, windows xp home

Loading operating system win xp Home

When eula agreement comes up and says hit F8 key to
accept nothing happens.

Tried 2 keyboards and still nothing happens.

Any suggestions how to many it continue loading?

If it's a usb keyboard, try a ps/2 keyboard. Unless you can set your bios to
do so, usb doesn't work until windows loads.
