PLEASE HELP w/ formula

Please look at the attachment and see if you can figure this out. I'
new to Excel. I need a formula at add the row, times it by 1.30 the
devide it by 12. I still really do not understand how to make fomulas
Any help woul be nice. Thank you!!! :confused

and copy this down
