PLEASE HELP - spool problem after gaobot infection :((

Hello I have problems with my computer after I was infected with
w32.hllw.gaobot. I cleaned the virus but the spool process is somehow
damaged. It starts up and sucks 99% of the processor capacity which means
that the computer gets extremely slow. How can I fix this????
