Hi all,
Just got outlook with business contact manager. I started using it
and realized that I was inputing all my contact information incorrectly. So
I decided to delete the database and the few contatcs I had inputed and
start from scratch. After creating a new database, I can't access the folders
marked "Business contacts" or "Accounts" it tells me:

"these set of folders can't be opened
This error usually occurs if the OST or PST file you are using is:
Unavailable.
Protected with file permissions.
On a share on a server and the network is down.
Corrupt.
To correct this problem, store the OST or PST file on the local computer."

I have no idea what this means so hence I can't fix it, but if someone can
help me I'd greatly appreciate it!! The problem started right after I
deleted the database.

Hi Lex,

how did you delete the database? Did you just delete that database files
from your file system? It would seem like your BCM installation still is
looking for those files.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling BCM on your computer, letting BCM create a
new database should take care of your problem.
