Look I have Office 2003 but when I try to install it or uninstall the old
Office XP it says that there is something wrong with the Windows Install
Service. This is what it says word to word, "The Windows Installer Service
could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe
mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact you
support personnel for assistance." And I am not on Safe Made, so the only
reasonable explination would be the Windows Installer. Now how can I fix this
problem or reinstall the Windows Installer?
