Please help me

Have had broadband installed for about 3 months now.
Everything going OK untill last week. Everytime I send an
E.Mail the internet crashes although the e.mail is
received at the other end. "nd problem is it wont allow
me to attach files(Crashes straight away)

Most greatfull for any p[ossible help(getting very
frustrated at the moment)

A bit more information would help. Which email program are you using?
Any error messages? Define "internet crashes" - does this mean your
computer shuts down, you can't access the internet or what? What did you
do last week immediately before this started happening - installs, etc?
