Please help me

i have a network and in my domain controller server in the
event viewer i found one error message "The description
for Event ID ( 12294 ) in Source ( SAM ) cannot be found.
The local computer may not have the necessary registry
information or message DLL files to display messages from
a remote computer. The following information is part of
the event: չ." so the users couldn't be access to my
network
