PLease Help Me! Urgent!

Here is my problem. I have a 2 month old computer and had
to bring it into the shop for 3 times because of hackers
getting into my system installing spyware and trojan
horses! I also purchased The Norton Security and they
still are finding away in my computer! And I goto the
Windows Update page and I am installing the updates that
I need for Windows XP and the installation process stops!
What can I do to keep hackers out for good? Please help
me! And why isnt the Windows Update thing working? Are
they having a problem on their website? Can you e-mail me
please? I dont know how to use these newsgroups to well.

.Hi Jenna- I'm a new user too and a hacker got in to my

computer almost immediatly with Zero Knowlege installed.
I unintalled that, bought Norton Internet Security and
ensured that my ISP provider gave me a dynamic IP address
(it changes frequently so hackers have a harder time
getting back to you.

Access. Most people posting in this newsgroup are curious about
establishing security on a Microsoft Access database.

So, I would recommend that you post to a more appropriate NG. For
example, microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support or
microsoft.public.windowsupdate.
