PLEASE HELP ME TO REINSTALL WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER 2.1

IS THERE ANY WAY TO REINSTALL IT FROM THE VERY BEGINNING BUT WITHOUT ALL THIS
SP2 FUSS ?
 
As soon as I start my program , I receive a message :"Windows Movie Maker has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience." comes up.. What should i do?
