Please Help me figure out this

my friend was on my computer and now Im locked out of administrator and
do not remember my password because i never have to go to that, i am
signed in as a guest, i do not have the windows cd, is their any other
way i could reset my password for administrator or any other way, im am

You know,the best would be if you ask your friend what has he/she being doing
in your PC.
