I'm a newbie using broadband. Under the conectivity test, it shown DNS error

What connectivity test?
What are you trying to ping?
What isn't working?

ipconfig /all isn't really a test - it just shows you your computer's IP
config. Useful but not a test of anything.

Enable your firewall ASAP. Never connect to the Internet without a firewall.
Your NAT device (broadband router/gateway?) is helpful in preventing
unwanted visitors, but it's not enough.

Also - if this is a device you have admin access to, I'd change the DNS
server IP from the unit itself to your ISP's DNS server IPs so that DHCP
issues them out to clients. If you can't do that, in your own computer's
TCP/IP properties for this connection, change the DNS settings from
'automatically configure' to the ISP's DNS server IP addresses. I've seen
some DNS problems crop up otherwise.
