Please Help How to Remove 124782.exe and inst.exe

I need your help how to remove 124782.exe and inst.exe. I already scan
with all types of antivirus software, pest patrol, adaware and so on
includes trying to remove manually, however, it still coming back
again and very annoying.

Could someone help for me please to trow these virus away???

unfortunately, all you've given us are filenames, not malware names...
what did your scanner call them when you scanned them? if your scanner
didn't detect them then you're going to have to either try a different
scanner or send copies of the files to an anti-virus developer for
analysis...
