Please Help!! Critical Error

I am getting some critical errors and I do not know what
is causing them. My virus check is all up to date. I
just reinstalled my system thinking this would sole the
problem. It has not. I have downloaded all the updates
from microsoft and all my drivers are up to date. So
what is wrong. Please Help!!

The error is as follows:
