I have a client that wants to use an mpeg4 video in his powerpoint
presentation. I have not used mpeg4 (only regular mpegs) If you have
experience with this please let me know. I'm serching for mpeg4 files
online but have had no luck thus far.

Can this be done?

Thanks a million!

Yes but there is nothing easy about it. <g> PowerPoint (more specifically
the Windows MCI player) doesn't support Meg-4 natively. If you get
everything just right, if the video file follows the Mpeg-4 standard
exactly, you *may* get it to work by installing the required codec(s). The
down side to that is, it will play on the machine that created it, but not
on other PCs.

As an alternative I'd suggest giving PFCMedia (www.pfcmedia.com) a try.
There is a fuly functioning 14 day trial period so you can try it at no cost
and decide later if it's what you want.
Thanks a million!

A million? Naw, $49.95 will do just fine. LOL
