_You_ can put "paste special" or any other command on the right-click
menus. Read

You need to know that there is not just one right-click (shortcut)
menu -- there are several dozen, each dedicated to a particular
context (regular text, table, etc.). You may want to add the command
to one, a few, or all of them.
