You should post this request to a newsgroup dedicated to Outlook. Just guessing, but it might be
called something like microsoft.public.outlook. I suggest being a bit more specific--your
request is quite general.
This newsgroup is for questions related to the database software called Microsoft Access.
I suggest a book on Outlook. You question is so general it is covered
under several chapters in many Outlook books.
I also suggest that you post your Outlook questions in an Outlook
newsgroup. This is the Microsoft Access Database newsgroup. It appears
your question is not related to that database. You are much more likely to
find someone with the answer if you post your question to a newsgroup
devoted to your subject.
