Pleadings Wizard for Windows XP doesn't work - why?

I have downloaded the pleadings wizard, and when I start from a new document,
then click "pleadings wizard" I go right back to my blank document. I have
downloaded the pleadings wizard from the microsoft website, and cannot get it
to work.
