Legal Pleading Wizard in Word 2002

When I open that wizard, it won't show the dialog window, just a blank page and stop. I found in Microsoft Knowledgebase said: "You cannot run the Pleading Wizard in Word 200
When you try to run the Pleading Wizard, the wizard creates a blank document, stops running, and does no
complete creating the Pleading document. This problem occurs when the Word Add-in for Microsoft Works Suite i
loaded in Word 2002.
But, I don't have Microsoft Works Suite installed. What went wrong? Please advise

If you have Norton AV installed, uncheck its Office Plug-in as this causes
similar problems to the Works add-in.
