I downloaded a movie that is in a format called SVCD.TS.
I am sure that I need some kind of decoder program, but I
don't know what or where to get it. I used a decoder that
I found for WMP 9 that worked for a different file. It
was in AVI format and it plays now, but it didn't work
for this file. Can someone point me in the right
direction. I guess I don't even know if SVCD.TS is what
the file is in, those are the letters that come up under
the files properties. Please help.
