playing audio changed from PP 2000 to PP 2002

I had custom audio animations working
great for a high school reunion show created in PP 2000.
Now that my work has "upgraded" my laptop to Windows XP
and Ppt 2002, my animation choice to play from track 3
for 15 slides now plays from track 3 for 15 slides, but
it starts at the top of the track on each slide (instead
of continuing the song). Is there a simple fix -- I
don't want to have to go re-animate 136 slides all over
if I can avoid it.
(I'm now working on the college reunion). Thanks --

Hi, Anne.

In PPT 2002, right-click the sound icon and choose Custom Animation.
You'll see the animation task pane on the right.

Click the arrow next to the sound file in the list on the animation task
pane. Select Effect Options.

In the stop playing after box, put 12.

If you have more than one sound playing after the other, you may need to
put 999 in the box instead.
