playing a video clip

I added a slide with a video clip to a presentation, and it will play when I
am working on the presentation, but I don't know how to make it play when I
go full screen. I am very unsophisticated with computer/power point lingo,
so I would really appreciate very elementary answers... Thanks!

Try shortening the path.
Create a test folder in C:\,
then move your ppt and video to the folder.
Re-insert the video and see if it works this time round.
