Hello

I've purchased a Google video and would like to play it without being
connected to the internet within a Powerpoint presentation.

I downloaded Shyam Pillai's web page inserter, but I cannot figure out the
correct "local link" to put into the powerpoint show. I can use the plug in
fine, but I always get an error - either the page cannot be found or there is
another error.

If my video is called video.gvi and it is in a folder called folder1, at the
C drive (c:\folder1\) what would the correct syntax be to play this video
locally?

(Thanks so much for your help!)

Chris

If I understand your question, you want to be able to play your presentations
without having to link to the google Web site. Correct?

You'll need to convert the glv to acceptable format for PPT like avi. Here
is a link to more info and a free trial:

Yes, I think you've understood and answered my question- I'll try this out
and see if it works...
thanks for your help!
