It's not quite as customizable as you might like, but in the Control Panel
under Sounds, go to the Sounds tab. Scroll down the list for "menu command",
click on it then select a sound from the dropdown at the bottom and apply
it. You won't be able to make different sounds for each action, just one
that will sound when any action occurs.
