Plaite files

I am going to send a letter. This letter shal be with 35 different headings in
JPG, and to each of theese headings there are different adressat list in
excel.

I know how to plaite one of the headings to one adress list, but is there an
easy way to
plaite my letter to the 35 headings and at the same time plaite theese letters
with different headings to their individual adress list?

Fascinating. Although "plaite" is emphatically *not* the English term, it
does give a good sense of what you are asking for.

The term Word uses, in English, is Mail Merge (or Data Merge in recent Mac
versions). It's under the Tools menu. Searching Help for the French
translation of "create form letters" might work, or it is all explained
here:

Your specific description of what you need doesn't make much sense to me,
but Mail Merge is very flexible and you ought to be able to make it work
out. If you can't, you might want to look for the microsoft newsgroup that
is devoted to Mail Merge, or the one in French.
