Placing circle around phrase in Word document

Does it have to be a circle, or will just surrounding/enclosing the phrase
suffice? If the latter, select the text and use Format | Borders and Shading
to apply a border to Text. If the former, you'll have to use a circular (or
more likely elliptical) AutoShape anchored to the text.
