Placing a Background in Worksheet

Just downloaded a worksheet (wallchart) from http://www.eng-ger-
land.co.uk/

In the background of the worksheet is a tiled team photo How was this
added?

Also how was the English flag made as a hyperlink?

Format / Sheet / Background - Select picture.

Hyperlinks would usually just be to select the object, then right click and
choose insert hyperlink.
