I try to publish my site but when I go and look for it
isn't there it said that it is a placeholder for my site
what does that for me to do?

It normally means that that particular host has your domain (name) parked
there, but there is not actual domain or web site set up for you. You'll
need to contact them to see if they will in fact set up an active domain for
you.
