place to find legit skins for ie

My daughter would like to find a place to get install skin(s) on ie
without spyware, etc.

We spent a few hours yesterday getting rid of hotbar and related malware
on her computer. It did some things she didn't want it to, and she
didn't like the spyware aspect (which she didn't know about). BTW,
Hotbar no longer has an uninstaller.

Help would be appreciated--will pass on info to her.

If you don't find a place, then suggest she makes her own.
It is not difficult in any graphics application to cut an existing
picture to size and it only needs a simple Registry entry to use the
skin. You could use the skins supplied with Hotbar if they were saved,
but I guess you removed all traces and I don't blame you.
