PL2005 CD burner in S. Africa?

I've been asked to provide a PL2005 CD to a lurker in South Africa.
Unfortunately, my situation is such that this would be difficult and
time consuming for me.

I will do it if you can't find anybody closer who is capable of burning a
disk, filling out a customs declaration, and sticking it in the mail. The
only deterrent as far as I am concerned is the possible cost of postage
from New Zealand - but if I have to eat that, I will.

It's handled. Time was the problem; getting to the post office for the
customs declaration and postage while they were open is difficult with
my schedule and location. Regardless, I was able to make time.
